Reserve Dues Summary

In this report, the reserve item payments are broken down by year into member monthly and annual payments as well as monthly operating budget payments.  The report is typically one page long, but may consist of two or three pages if the Study Life is over 30 years.

Cash Flow Analysis

In this report, the reserve item payments and expenses may be summarized by calendar year or expense year. The report is typically one page long, but may consist of two or three pages if the Study Life is over 30 years. The Cash Flow analysis is tabulated by Year, Revenue, Interest, Salvage, Expense, Tax burden, and the projected net reserve balance at the end of the year.

Present Costs

In this report, the reserve items are assembled by category with optional subtotals by category. Reserve items are shown with the number of units, the unit cost, and the present cost.  The report often consists of 5 to 20 pages of listings.

Reserve Expense Item Listing

In this report, the reserve items are assembled by category and every repetition of repeating reserve items is shown (referring to Reserve Item Summary).  The report often consists of 5 to 20 pages of listings.  At the end of the report, you will find a list of abbreviations. Reserve items are listed by Category, Item Name, Unit Cost, Number of Units, Cost When New, Remaining Life, Expense Year, Future Cost, and the Raw Annual Payment.

Expense Report (Standard Spreadsheet View)

In this report, the annual expense are tabulated by year, reserve category, and reserve item name.  The report is typically one or more pages long, and is limited to a 30-year tabulation. See Expense Summary. The best method of printing the Expense report, requires the use to ‘’Tabloid’’ paper (11×17) and a wide format printer.  Attempts at using letter-sized paper and legal sized paper have produced reports that are difficult to read or confusing. If you don’t have a wide format printer, then use the PDF method to print the report.

Expense Summary

In this report, view expense and revenue reports as far into the future as the maximum expense year, or only the limits of the study life. It details the Expense Report (Spreadsheet) in an alternative view. Its chronological order breaks down year by year expense details, category subtotals, and year totals for the next 30 years.

Unadjusted Revenue Report

In this report, the annual revenue is tabulated by year, reserve category, and reserve item name. The report is typically one or more pages long, and is limited to a 30-year tabulation.
